-You must include all original packaging, product instructions, documentation, and wrappings.
Items that are damaged, used, or show signs of use beyond opening the package will not be eligible for a refund.
You are expected to take reasonable care of the items while in your possession.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
-Goods made to your specifications or personalized.
-Goods that cannot be returned due to their nature, deteriorate rapidly, or are past their expiration date.
-Goods unsealed after delivery that are not suitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons.
-Goods that are inseparably mixed with other items after delivery.
-Cut hose, custom assemblies, or special order items.
-Digital content not supplied on a tangible medium once performance has started with your express consent.
Return Shipping & Refunds
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was shipped in error or is defective.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Refunds will be issued within 14 days of receiving and inspecting the returned goods.
Refunds are processed to the original payment method, with no additional fees.
Damaged or Defective Goods
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please notify us within 5 business days of delivery. Include photos and a brief description.
